As from 1st October 2009, company directors will be able to register with Companies House from an office address. This is so that people who are genuinely at risk, such as research scientists conducting animal experiments, or researchers working on human embryos do not have to comply with the Companies House registration law that all company directors must have their name, date of birth, and home address on the public record at Companies House.
This has long been the legal requirement so that you can lobby the directors of a company if you are unsatisfied with the conduct or misconduct of their staff.
However the bastards who are the directors of Natwest don't give a damn about misconduct or misfeasance as they have been breaking the law for some time, if they are men of integrity and their company is being run properly then they should have no objection to being registered on the public record at Companies House.
All these cowardly bastards listed below have been hiding behind an office address in Edinburgh, they have been committing an offence by not registering their home addresses on the Public Record and the law will not change until October 2009.
One example of these bastards flouting the law is Sir Alexander Crombie who was appointed a director on the 01st June 2009 and is hiding behind the office address in Edinburgh, and thereby breaching the law that every other company director in this country has to abide by.
Whether or not these bastards should legally be allowed to register anonymously through an office address after October 2009, if they fit the criteria for people at risk, is debatable. If they were running a company with integrity then why would they be at risk?
Listed below are the cowards who think that regulations that apply to other company directors don't apply to them.
